Attorney-at-law (Of Counsel)
Andreas Jungk (*1956) studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich. After apprenticeship at a New York law office until 1997, he worked as an attorney-at-law at a German-French law office focusing on civil law, international sale and purchase contracts and arbitration. In 1998 he founded his own law office focusing on medicines law, medical devices law and contracts in the field of clinical research. He is an author of several publications in the field of clinical research and wrote the book "Verträge für klinische Studien nach AMG and MPG" [Contracts for clinical studies according to AMG (German Medicines Act) and MPG (German Medical Devices Act)] (C.F. Müller Verlag).
